1 /5 Caley Jansen: Like any insurance agency, they were very quick to provide decent service in the beginning to get their commission. Then two years in a row having issues with policy payments that made a mess of my escrow/mortgage. Spent over a month trying to get responses from them this year. More radio silence. They still have not responded. Ended up cancelling my policy and working directly with insurance company. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Still trying to fix the escrow because of the policy I had with them.
