I will see pieces online or at other stores and Jeanette will design the piece, use finer diamonds and still be much lower than the store prices. Customer 20+ years.

5 /5 Rosalyn Arntzen: Took a favorite ring I wear all the time to Jeanette at Dynamic Designs. The ring had a blue topaz that was chipped so looked cloudy. Jeanette advice was to replace with a lab diamond that would wear better as well as sparkle more. She sent me several options over email via cool animations and I was able to choose the one I thought would work best. Result is stunning! I also appreciated Jeanette explaining lab diamonds versus mined diamonds so I felt good about my choice.

Holly picked out a similar pearl to compliment the lariat box chain. I have not even worn it a full 24 hours and Im getting so many compliments, letting people know about this amazing place. Great to support local woman owned business. I love pearls and Holly/team really show that. Pearls are definitely real and luxurious. Kind and caring team, I appreciate the time they took to taklk to me in person. Amazing hospitality.

Marco was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful sales associate, who reached out to understand my preferences ahead of the appointment. David Yurman is an amazing brand, but I strongly advise that individuals who are considering buying online go into the store. Its an incredible customer experience. I cant wait to go back!

After I checked in at the store I was helped at my appointed time. The rep. Mark was friendly, welcoming and we did our transaction standing at the counter. Mark knew his stuff, explained the sale procedure and walked us through the value of the coins. I got a fair deal and was pleased with the service and the well-lighted facility which has parking and is easily accessible. I am definitely going back to sell some other “stuff” to Bellevue Coin in Bellevue.

PJ: Avoid this place. Abysmal customer service. I went to buy new studs to replace the ones I lost and get my ears repierced. The lady that did the piercing was new and pierced my ears with the wrong studs instead of the ones I picked out. Thats fine, mistakes happen. After I pointed out they were the wrong ones she went to get her manager. The manager came by and told me the ones I picked out were sold out, so I asked if I could refund or exchange them when they were back in stock. She basically said no, because I already got pierced, WITH THE WRONG STUDS. No refund, no exchange, no discount, not even an apology for making me pay for something I didnt choose to buy.
