1 /5 adam duke: Steven Gleason was the most unprofessional agent I have ever delt with, he was unbelievably rude, kept calling me bro and hung up on me without answering any of my questions. Just from dealing with this one agent I will cancel my insurance with farmers, I never want anything else to do with them. If you dont want to be treated like scum find a different insurance agent because this guy is a real peice of work.

Phillip Chung: No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..
