1 /5 Jasmine S: Just walked in here and no one greeted me, said hi, didn’t even look my way! It sucks cause I love that store but I guess being on your cell phone and changing your shirt and having your friend sitting next to you that doesn’t even work there is more important! I usually shop there too but I’ll have to remember that next time I want to come in and buy something!

3 /5 Julie Forest: Love their Sox and they have a reward card to boot. Funny gifts but some are overpriced. The earrings I got broke (a post came off of two different pair) so I dont recommend their jewelry. The cashier last time was really unpleasant, but not the usual service I get.

1 /5 Chrissy: Cashier #8297 that was working (3.20.24, around 11:50am) was on the phone the entire time having a loud conversation about how inconvenient it was that she just HAD to stay in the store while customers are there despite needing to use the bathroom. The entire time we were shopping, she was complaining about her job. About how she shops in the mall while she has no customers and would “never come into the mall otherwise” acting judgmental. Literally the worst customer service I’ve EVER received, to the point I will not be coming back to spend my money here. And I’m sure that cashier couldn’t care less. So I hope you know you have someone hired who is making customers uncomfortable and leave without buying $50+ worth of items.

5 /5 Bussone Nina E “Cupcake”: This place has hired some of the best people for customer service, each and everyone. They are attentive and really care about their job. It shows. Friendly and great items for any type of person.

5 /5 Rose Creek Biewer Terriers: I always enjoy going into this store but today was even more amazing due to the wonderful cashier. He was friendly, funny and had great energy. I spent more money because I couldn’t stop laughing.
