5 /5 Rita Salas: There is a reason this place has so many 5 star ratings. My main experience was with Lou, who had the most radiant and down to earth energy. He is one of their jewelers, and the quote/service he gave me was so efficiently done and kindly delivered. There is another jeweler that I interacted with at pick up who ALSO had spectacular energy and service, but I apologize for not getting his name. I had brought in my partners ring that was split in the back, and needed a good cleaning and polish. It came back BRAND new, sparkling, and my partner was so incredibly happy with the work. Will be coming here again and furiously recommending. Thank you all for your work and service!

I can’t say enough good things about how great it was to have lou work through a few months of repairs, designs, and ultimately creations! How many gold smithing jewelry stores do you come across that there is a line to get in on a Saturday morning? Absolutely will be back. They genuinely care to make it perfect and with a smile. As an example he created these for us. Sorry pics dont convey the stunning beauty of the craftsmanship.

Katie Douglas Gomba: Too-notch customer service. Three Divas was recommended as a place to see if I could have a stone replaced in a ring. She took a look at it and said she couldn’t do it because of the type/size of stone. She helpfully recommended a couple of other local places to try. I’m disappointed it wasn’t something that could be taken care of there because it was the kind of place I’d love to support. I don’t wear much jewelry but the inventory of items and supplies looked substantial and good quality. Will definitely return if I want something they sell.

After a disappointing experience with another local jeweler, I was hesitant to visit, especially since I assumed "luxury" meant it would be out of my budget. However, I was delighted to find that they truly cater to all budgets. From the moment I walked in, they listened attentively to my ideas and addressed my past concerns. Within minutes, I was working with a designer to create the ring I had always dreamed of. Stevies initial drawings brought my vision to life, and she worked diligently to source the specific stones I wanted. From a 3D model, Nikki created a beautiful ring and it was almost perfect. As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend Neeter House of Luxury highly enough.
