Son went to have his new gift (watch) resized, and while there he also decided to let them do some permanent jewelry as well. Even though they both had lots of work to get done, because we were there in person, they prioritized us. They were welcoming, informative, efficient, and affordable. We were only visiting, but if we lived here, theyd be our family jewelers! Thank you again for making our experience so enjoyable.

Second, the price I got for the batteries for 3 watches was soo affordable and fixing one that somehow started working after a year of not working that was a cool surprise. Third, I was happy with the speed and sizing of my new watch. I hope anyone that anyone with any watch needs for repair or service goes here first! I am a watch junkie and have had some watches serviced from Everett to Bellingham and Gold N Time has been the new standard for this business. They sell Bulova and G-Shock and a nice variety of others and my son picked a G-Shock that was well priced. Cant say enough good things about them.

Their service is exceptional! the owners are very nice and honest people. They charge me for a reasonable fee for services. I highly recommend them.

I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
