    Lea Rose Bell: Cant express enough how well we were taken care of here. Son went to have his new gift (watch) resized, and while there he also decided to let them do some permanent jewelry as well. Even though they both had lots of work to get done, because we were there in person, they prioritized us. They were welcoming, informative, efficient, and affordable. We were only visiting, but if we lived here, theyd be our family jewelers! Thank you again for making our experience so enjoyable.

After a disappointing experience with another local jeweler, I was hesitant to visit, especially since I assumed "luxury" meant it would be out of my budget. However, I was delighted to find that they truly cater to all budgets. From the moment I walked in, they listened attentively to my ideas and addressed my past concerns. Within minutes, I was working with a designer to create the ring I had always dreamed of. Stevies initial drawings brought my vision to life, and she worked diligently to source the specific stones I wanted. From a 3D model, Nikki created a beautiful ring and it was almost perfect. As there were still a few elements missing, they added another designer, Adrienne, to the team, and all three ladies worked tirelessly until the ring was exactly what I had envisioned. I cannot recommend Neeter House of Luxury highly enough.

I cannot speak enough to the excellence of Jasons work and of the service experience I had with him and his wife Sarah. I came to them with a dismantled engagement ring, vaguely traumatized, and very unsure how to communicate what I wanted done. Given how *incredibly perfect* the end result is, I think Jason might actually be a mind reader. He deftly walked me through ideas and options, Sarah called me the next day to check on my order, and my custom ring was ready to pick up in less than a week. Pricing was reasonable and transparent. The quality of his work shows much pride and care. Beyond that, I felt so welcomed in their shop, and that my happiness and the longevity of the piece was their top priority. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!
