5 /5 Direct Carpet: Doug is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! We just went through our annual renewal, which is usually a major headache to keep our vendor status approved through all the different web sites that monitor us for our clients... Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. He made phone calls as hiccups arose on the receiving end and got them all squared away in no time. As always, THANK YOU Doug for being the BEST at what you do. You are exactly why businesses should swap from large insurance companies to you because you really do care. AND you so a fantastic job with our personal insurance, too!!

Prior to switching, Doug was a business/personal friend already and would never hesitate to give us advice on insurance related questions when our current agent wasnt getting back to us. I can personally attest that this company takes good care of everyone - customers and non-customers, and cares deeply about the community. So glad we made the recent personal insurance switch to him last month as he is quick to add and remove vehicles when our son is home on leave from the Navy or when our daughter is home from the mission field.
