JCPenney - Vancouver (WA)

5 /5 Tony H: JCPenney is a great place to go shopping for back to school. This is my first time at this JCPenney. It was pretty nice and big, kept really clean, and not really busy. Customer service is nice and friendly. I will say I did struggle a little bit to find things around the store.

3 /5 Carissa Shelton: Has nice clothing but checking out takes forever. I had two items and there was only one cashier. I ended up waiting 15 minutes just to buy 2 items. Do not come here if you’re in a rush. They really need to watch for customer wait times

5 /5 Jessica Fernandez: Wonderful place to shop and kind workers. Eliza was so helpful and patient on finding me a nice dress for a wedding I’m attending and took the time to find the perfect shade match. I will definitely come back again.

5 /5 Dorothy: Ive been going to Katie for a few months for hair coloring and cutting. She is so fun and has lots of great advice! If Katie isnt available when you go in, ask for Noelle. She is also great! I stopped by the makeup counter and was assisted by two very sweet folks, Esme and Janine. Esme helped me with purchasing the right makeup for my skin and offered tips on how to apply it.
