I DMd late at night, and the Lapis teach reached out to me in the early morning. They sent so many photos, gave so much advice, and really held my hand as I made a big girl purchase. To qualm my instant gratification needs, I had the ring shipped ASAP, and it arrived in less than 4 days! The packaging is gorgeous, the hand written note just made me weep. On top of having a gorgeous new ring, I have a new place to shop online, where I know everyone is so genuine and sweet, and always ready to help. Now Im sending my ring back for resizing and I got the label within minutes of request and payment. I hope to visit in person in the future, but I could not be happier with my purchase and definitely all of my future purchases. Thank you all so much!!

Jennifer T called me a few days later to bring me into the diamond room to see the diamond. She answered so many questions, listened rocky design wishes and took many notes. Great experience! I later met with Jennifer S to finalize the design, purchase and get this made. Buying my ring from the Helzberg Diamond store in Tacoma has been a great experience. Looking forward to a continued relationship while getting my ring cleaned and serviced. He reported to me that they were questioning him where he got the watch from (because it’s an expensive Michele Watch) and he responded that he bought it for my birthday a few years ago from Costco!!!! They continued to ask him strange questions aside from suddenly a person “shadowing” him in the store while he was waiting. Mind you, he purchased a few jewelry pieces there before, years ago. Although I understand that they must be careful due to theft, but I am disappointed in the way they handled his visit. Good job on the battery replacement but not customer service. Trust me, we will not be back for jewelry or battery replacement!
