5 /5 Catlin Gerig: If you are looking for great service and outstanding work, look no further. I cannot say enough how happy I am with the repair of my wedding band and ring. The place I took it to originally to get sized royal screwed it up. They bent and ended up cracking my band. Roth managed to fix the bend and the multiple cracks. He also cleaned it to where it sparkles more than the day I got!! I am blown away by how great of a job he did, its as if I have a brand new ring. Aside from excellent work he was also very professional and honest, something you dont find often these days. He is the only one I will bring my jewelry too from now!

1 /5 Kenneth Anderson: I had him fix my watch but it was not done right . Came back to his shop to tell him about it. At the time I was explaining my dilemma he was sitting down working on something. He then got out of his chair suddenly and snapped at me. It was uncalled for whereas I am a customer. However now I am a customer no more. He obviously has anger issues so I will take my business elsewhere. I dont suggest you go to this person. Real bad customer service to say the least

Lymari Feliu: Its been just over a week since i came here to get my eyebrow pierced. I admit i was nervous about getting it done at the mall but the experience was great and quick. I think my piercer was Heather (?) i dont fully remember but she was great. Talked me the through the whole process and gave me a rundown on healing. I dont typically heal well with certain metals and she didnt dismiss that like previous piercers elsewhere. She told me other jewelry options that might help and told me to come back and shed gladly switch them out but the healing has been smooth!

H S: I brought in a ring that was purchased for me 7 years ago. Something on it was catching threads, etc. I assumed it was a clasp and it would need repair. The woman working at the time was rude from the get-go. She said if I had been bringing my ring in every year to have it inspected, like everyone else does, a repair would be covered. Okay. Then she claims she tried to sell me the extended warranty but I didnt want it. I told her she didnt because I didnt buy the ring. She repeated that two more times. I corrected her again, and again. At this point, I realize Im dealing with an employee with an attitude. Now she starts talking about the stones and how lucky I am that I didnt lose any. Great. She talks about how I can trade up for only a few thousand dollars. No thanks. Finally, she goes back to looking at the ring and begins to write down all the problems she sees. She ends up with a lot of numbers on separate lines with a grand total of just under $5,000. Seriously.The experience was gross and really unpleasant. 3 weeks later, I take my ring into a respected jeweler for a repair estimate. He says its an easy repair. The cost will be $40. Seriously. Were not buying a thing from FM Jewelry ever again.

j a: Went to looks at rings with Kim. Found one that we really liked and an accent band that looked great with it, but we wanted to see what it looked like with another band. They ordered it and called me two days ago, I came in today (on my day off) to look at it with my girlfriend and have her try them on. Kim was there messing with some paperwork and the other teller was busy with a customer. I made eye contact with Kim (I was sitting down with my girlfriend waiting patiently for her to finish with her paperwork. As another two customers walk in she says to me that she will be with us in a minute, she then proceeds to help the people that had just walked in instead of us even though we had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. After Kim was finally done making her sale, she finally came over to help us. I gave her the card she gave us with the information for the rings we wanted to see and she told us that "They were beautiful, but because you didnt come in right away we sold both of them to someone else." Atrocious customer service on all levels, taking my business elsewhere.
