I got the impression it was set aside until they felt like dealing with it because of the ignored calls and emails. So, in a strong opinion, if you do not care about how long it takes, or being a priority to them, then hire them. If time is important and you want a commitment with results and attention to detail, then vigorously look elsewhere. wish there was 0 star.
