My Buyers Agent suggested that I reach out to Emily Ingram for my mortgage concerns, and this was the smoothest, easiest part of this home purchase. Emily and her team stepped and helped me through the process, and were there for any of my questions. They even offered a concierge service to help with transitioning to new utility providers and optional services, which I did not require (but it was nice to know I could use them if unsure). All support was done remotely, and I did not have to leave the comfort of home, other than to complete Closing with the Closing Agent. Emily and her team had all of the answers for my concerns, and got it done. Monthly mortgage payments are being processed electronically and automated. I would recommend NAF and Team Emily for any future loans.
