1 /5 Kelly: I visited this store to buy some jewelry. The designs looked beautiful in the photos, but in real life, the jewelry felt cheap and lacked the refined finishing I was hoping for. The materials didn’t seem durable, and after just a few wears, the piece started to tarnish. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever come back again. Extremely disappointed.

1 /5 Alana Tse: No clue why these people are so rude lol I just called to ask for a quote for a jewellery repair and they said they did not give quotes over the phone. So I simply asked if there was a general price range for what I wanted and the lady said “no,no” and hung up on me. Okay…would’ve stopped by but I guess they don’t want me to.

1 /5 Michael: I’m Asian so the previous Black poster saying it is about race is not correct. I walked in today and the woman and the man working there were very unfriendly like they did not want to sell anything. The woman asked Me abruptly what I was looking for and I asked her if she carried 24k chains and she said no without a follow up. By the way they did carry 24k chains as I walked around on my own and saw them on display. The woman looked very confused and annoyed. I asked about a 18k good chain and she told me the price and weight without even weighing or checking the tags. Unless she is a genius it would be impossible to know or remember that.
