    Jas League: Got my second piercings done here. They pierced it way too far into my cartilage on one side . The earring was too small for where they pierced it and it ended up getting sucked into my ear. My ear was extremely red and swollen I had to go to urgent care to get it out.

    Crystal Drake: Very disappointing experience at this coin store. I had called prior to coming in and asked if they did appraisals and they reassured me they did. When I brought in my coins (a bag) the owner treated us horribly. From the moment we walked in, the owner, Karen seemed irritated and rushed us through the process. She even mentioned that she hadn’t eaten lunch yet, which felt unprofessional and like an excuse for her poor attitude. To make matters worse, she made a rude face at another client, suggesting she didn’t want to help or deal with us. It was clear she was over it, and we felt completely unwelcome. We spent less than 30 minutes in her store. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Elizabeth Liu: This place is so professional but welcoming! I got my back dermals done 2 ish months ago and they have healed so so well! My piercer was Jessica! absolutely amazing work and so well at taking your mind off everything going on. Undoubtedly painful but I was very at ease, we took so much time figuring out placement with no rush. Healing has been outstanding I have forgotten about them, they were done well, importantly deep enough making it flesh to the skin hopefully increasing the longevity. I definitely recommend, Ive been a sterile technician and each room has its own Statim sterilizer which I was so impressed by. They use it when you pick out your jewelry and before your piercing so it’s always sterile. Jewelry is great quality and front desk was helpful and accommodating, the price is definitely justified (statims are $$$)

    Deb Meyer: 3 weeks ago I took my Sterling Silver Tiffany Paloma Picasso necklace in to have a pin inserted on the back so I could wear it as a brooch. I was told this job would be done in his shop. One week went by and I called to see if it was ready and he said he had to send it out to another jewelry store. 2 weeks later it was ready to be picked up and I was shocked to see the piece! It was destroyed, it came back dented and felt like someone took sandpaper to it and rubbed all the polish off of it, also the Tiffany logo was removed from the back! I was very upset and refused to pay for this since I wouldnt wear the piece in this condition. He became very abusive and started using vulgar and swear words and threw the piece back to me! I was shocked that a professional person was behaving this way. He kept insisting that I brought it in damaged. I should have taken pictures of my necklace before leaving it with him, lesson learned! I will NEVER go back and will NOT recommend this place of business to anyone, stay away!!

    Tristan Brandt: Wish there was a no star or zero star option. Dropped my ring off on the 6th of August to have prongs tightened, cleaned and my setting adjusted. I was told I would get my ring back by the 28th of August. I called after a week for an update they said they sent it out and it was received but they didn’t get an estimate yet. Called back a week later and the girl that answered said the person who discusses the estimates was not in but she would call in the next day or two. Called AGAIN 4 days later (now the 27th of August) and they said they were “just about to call me”. They tried to upsell me on a few things, I denied and again addressed what I needed done. They said it would be $60 but they won’t hear back from whoever they sent it to for 2 days. So why has it been over 2 weeks to hear from them but it now will only take 2 days? In December 2023 we had this same ring resized, prongs tightened and setting adjusted and it was only gone for a week. I wouldn’t be so frustrated if communication had been better from the company. I shouldn’t have had to call 3 times for an update. Would love to have had them call to let me know they received my ring in the mail and will call back in a few days to let me know if they heard anything or not but will keep me updated. In my opinion over communication is better than no communication. My wedding ring is my only real piece of jewelry I own and I do take it very seriously, wish they would express the same care. Extremely frustrated, will not be going back to this location, and will be posting about my poor experience on socials.

She was so kind to spend the time with me and answer all my questions. I will definitely be back and this will be the only place I go to in the area. Fair prices and great service!

    Taylor Gaspardo: Mari and Mason were awesome today! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. After a terrible experience at a different location, we decided to make the extra drive to another location to get my rings fixed correctly. They both helped me correctly size my ring to its correct size, fixed another issue we were having with one of my rings not showing up in the system (a struggle that we had for three years!!), and were very attentive to our concerns. Thank you so much!

    Christian Matter: Youre absolutely right youre not responsible for that but the fact that a man came into your store to ask for some help and you just turn them away and say basically go screw yourself youre on your own we dont want to help you tells me everything I need to know about you and your business. I have never even shopped in your store Ive just never taken the opportunity to stop in but you missed an opportunity to make a customer I could have provided you with a purchase of an item I could have said hey these guys were willing to help me out let me give them some of my business or I could have spread the word about how kind you guys were and told people that you were a excellent place to do business with but instead of helping somebody in need of assistance you lost out on that. Its a real damn shame too because I know what its like to be a small business especially here in Tacoma area as my father and his friend used to run a barbecue business out here. I learned a lot of great things about how to run a business because of my dad and this is one of the things that my father would be ashamed of if you heard that I was acting in the way that you are. My father and his business friends were Christian men who believed in helping others and made it part of their business culture that if somebody was in need or they were hungry we helped them or we gave them a meal that was nice and hot and even would offer them a job if they were interested. And not only that but you could have responded to the two messages that I sent to your email but instead you chose to ignore me forcing me to leave a review that was negative. And I will keep leaving a review because people like you dont deserve good business if you cant even do a good deed for somebody else. In fact I might even decide to just stand right there on the corner with a sign telling people how horrible of a business owner you are and how you treat people just so that way I can get people to turn away from your business and theres nothing that youll be able to do about it because Ill be on a public sidewalk
