p r Had to order painted body parts and shipped to me. Anyone who has been down that road knows how risky it can be. Spoke with KC regarding parts.. condition ...and shipping. All parts were showed up in great shape and in exactly the condition KC told me. More importantly, all the parts were super well packaged and the shipping company they used got it delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This place really delivers. Would definitely work with KC again.

Adoniyas Argaw Unreliable and Poor Service at Kellys Auto Parts I had a very disappointing experience with Kellys Auto Parts. Ordered a truck part with a promised 1-week delivery. A week later, they casually mentioned it was shipped to the wrong address and asked for another week. This cycle of delays and excuses continued for a month. I ended up canceling my order due to their consistent inability to deliver and poor communication. Would not recommend due to their unreliable service.

Timothy Fagalde I Went here to get an alignment done on my car and the guy didnt even do anything to my car. It was still out of alignment. I had to go to Toyota to get an alignment done. Dont do business here you will get screwed over. I wasted $80 at this place.

Kelsey Zuppan Unprofessional, inexperienced, dishonest, would not own up to his own mistakes and limitations, did poor quality work, and damaged my car beyond his own ability to repair it while doing work on my car. Either incapable of or just chooses not to do good quality work. The price is right, but you have to pay cash unless you want to pay an extra 4% for a credit card fee. I let him do the repairs I needed on my vehicle (front bearing, tie rods, alignment), he created 2 problems in the process and I later found the work he did was not done well. One problem he told me about (the ABS light came on during the repairs) but he couldnt tell me why, told me the car was safe to drive, the other problem I discovered 2 minutes down the road when the car started making a new and terrible sound, it quickly got worse and worse, a terrible grinding sound as I pulled into a parking lot and turned around. He said he could take another look at it, I took it straight back, he kept it over the weekend, said he fixed it, dropped it off at my work for me the next week, still couldnt explain why the ABS light was on. Took the car to Les Schwab, the lifted the car and immediately saw the damage done in the area he had been working on around the ABS sensor, it was even obvious to my own eye that the right side was damaged and not like the left. Les Schwab also pointed out he had not greased the tie rods when he replaced them, JCM claimed they came pre-greased, Les Schwab agreed but shared the outer tie rods need additional grease because they dont have boots over them like the inner tie rods. JCM does not appear experienced enough to know these things or simply doesnt care about doing things the best way. Les Schwab also checked the alignment after JCMs alignment job, it was off. When I brought up these discrepancies to JCM he wouldnt own up to it and played dumb. Whether he really is clueless about how to do good work or is dishonest about the work he does, this is not a business to be trusted. I was hoping to help out a small business and spread the word about an little up and coming mechanic, but he has not proven himself worthy to be running a business like this. Theodore Hancock Trevor is great to work with. The issue with my car was complicated and things came up as the repair went along. Trevor advised me well and priced things reasonably. Honestly I have never trusted any mechanic before. But all my repairs will be done at R&T from now on.

Karie Jacque I am very pleased with the service of my 2012 Honda CRV. My car was making a grinding noise and the dealership couldn’t figure it out. So I looked online for a reputable garage with good reviews working on Japanese cars and R&T Autowerks was listed, so I drove there and walked inside explaining my car problem. Right away he got in my car and drove it for 30 seconds and knew exactly what it was. We went back inside, he ordered the part and the next day it was repaired for a reasonable cost. My car is quiet now when I drive it. I will always bring my car here to be serviced!

I am convinced that most other shops would have found a way to bill me extravagantly for the repair (dealerships Im looking at you...). HeartzinAZ 17-18 April 2025 Solid 5 stars. wish I could give more. While going to WA from AZ, we were transiting Walla Walla. My right rear brake started grinding. Darn, we were 4 hrs from our final destination. It was clear the brakepad needed replacement. We could not take a chance. We have no contacts in Walla Walla. We checked Google Maps and located Champs Garage. A 4.9 overall rating. The front desk of the Holiday Inn Express concurred. Tim the sole owner/mechanic contacted me and worked me into his schedule on Good Friday. Thank you so much. We did not have to wait 24hrs for the fix. Tim is excellent and very understanding. He pulled the wheel yep it was the brake pad and rotor... they were instock at the parts supply. Tim replaced both left-right rear pads/rotors. Ahead of time. Pricing was reasonable. Thanks to Tims understanding and good work! We were able to resume travel to our final destination. While getting great work for a reasonable price is important - people make this a 5 star experience. I highly higly recommend Champs Garage - Tim. Please talk to people who are providing you with a service. Get to know them. Thanks Tim for minimizing my risk and making this a good experience. The world needs more people like you.

Ashton I took my car that was misfiring to Champs - I chose Champs because of the reviews online. He had my car fixed like new within a day! I was over the moon, especially since other mechanics in town could not pinpoint the problem. Bill Waddell I had a problem with a customers flatbed we re-installed. The wiring was going to be the end of me. Called Joe on a Monday, drove down Tuesday and an hour later problem solved. One I would have spent another week trying to figure out. Hats off, good people and very knowledgeable.
