Tyler Hicks Ive used OK Tire off and on since I moved to the Okanogan several years ago. Ive generally found their services to be good and prices to be fair. However, I recently got my winter tires put on and a few days later one of my wheel covers came off. I contacted them about having them replace it since the tech obviously didnt put it back on correctly. They didnt get back to me for over a week so I tried again and they said they would get back to me later that day. Five days later and they still havent. All businesses are going to make mistakes but if they rectify I am quick to forgive but they clearly have no real intent of fixing their mistakes. I will no longer do business with them.

Kirby Crowley With over 1,000 miles left on my journey and damage to the front end/steering I needed 2 tires to get home. They had used tires to replace my "slicks", sold them to me for a good price, and got me back on the road in under an hour!

J L Put sparkplugs in incorrectly and caused other issues I assume in order to get me to bring it back to em for more repairs. Had it fixed at Firestone instead. Avoid these scammers. Before this they lied about installing an air filter during a separate visit.

Wendy Thompson Late in the afternoon on Saturday I started hearing a loud noise under my Escalade. There are few shops open on a Saturday. I gave this shop a call at 3 pm and Jay said to bring it by and they would take a look. They inspected my SUV and found the lower control arm on the front passenger wheel was missing its locknut, had backed out, and the only thing keeping it from falling off was the CV axle it was hitting, resulting in the noise I heard ( see attached photo). Pretty dangerous situation...I could have lost the wheel on the road! Additionally they found that the other 3 control arm bolts were loose and they tightened them. I had new tires put on my SUV about 3 months ago and an alignment - wondering if tire shop loosened these during alignment and forgot to tighten. Regardless, a dangerous situation identified and fixed by crew at Mad Mechanics. The owner, Jay, was great to work with and took the time to explain the situation. Im very fortunate they looked at my vehicle on short notice and fixed this risky situation. Great service!

Dennis Morgan These folks have taken care of me for a couple years. Great work and fair prices. Only downside, when you call, there is no voicemail and if the owner is not there, no one will answer the phone . If you can get ahold of them, I highly recommend.

Cameron Burnette I hit a deer with my Toyota and it did a lot of damage to my driver side fender, headlight assembly, coolant pump, couldnt even open my driver door. It took them about 3 weeks, dealing a lot with my insurance company, but they got everything fixed and looking brand new, and even washed the outside of the car, which I hadnt done in the 3 years Ive owned it so that was really nice! Brian was super helpful, Courtney was very communicative, and kept me updated the whole time. Great experience with them, wouldnt recommend anywhere else for body repairs. Great team of people here.

Owen Almquist Robert was willing to work on my skidoo 800. The skidoo shop looked at it twice and couldn’t find the problem and told me it was fine. H&S properly evaluated and diagnosed the snowmobile and found it had a bad reed pack. He got it fixed and was polite and even loaded the sled for me.
