Theyve had plenty of jobs that definitely reflect on what theyre capable of doing. Ive seen multiple of their restoration jobs completed and they truly are a work of art. Paintwork is gorgeous and bodywork is precise. The crew is able to provide estimates and insurance work, so feel free to stop by. They are extremely professional and great with communication. He stepped in and was kind enough to fix it right there in the parking lot. Would highly recommend, and will be talking again for more repairs on my vehicle. Thank you Hector!

Cruz Ruiz I recently had my truck lifted and got new 35” tires installed here. I had a great experience. Henry and JR are very knowledgeable. They walked me through different options and prices ranges. They let me choose what was right for my budget and needs. They are my go to for all my vehicle maintenance needs. They do it all here. Highly recommend them!

Amanda Curtis This mechanic did not let me down. They where very patient and communicated great with me in regards to fixing my very old car. JR and staff went above and beyond to find the parts needed for my car. They fixed her up and got her back on the road for me. I highly recommend them to anyone . I will be going back aswrll myself!

Chantal Kabel Another local place said they couldn’t do anything about our ac even though I had made appointment. Firestone was able to get us in and taken care of quickly. Very friendly. The guy who checked us out said he moved over from the Westside, maybe a new manager. He was great and very friendly.

katelyn telford I have been going to this Firestone since my husband and I moved to Yakima. They’re always AMAZING! Service is phenomenal, they’re always on top of getting people out of there in a timely manner, and Robert is very attentive and helpful! He also asked if he could pet my pup instead of just going right in for it, which my dog isn’t a fan of. But Robert asked, and Larry actually loved him! Big green flag for me! Picture of Larry included because he’s too cute not to share. 10/10 would and do recommend this shop!!

Max Diaz The staff is fantastic! My truck got into a wreck, and the owner was so kind that they stayed open past their closing hours so the tow truck could drop it off there. The communication was great, and I was getting regular updates on how my truck was doing. I highly recommend them!

Matt R- My car got broken into and the thief dented one of the doors in the process. Frankie and his team were very helpful and professional. Helped me get a temporary plastic window in place so the rain and snow didnt get in the car. While I waited for the insurance claim to work its process. The body work and paint job is great. It looks perfectly new. And it was done in a timely manner and von budget. I have used thier shop twice. Both times, same great work. Hopefully I dont have to use them again (having other people stop damaging my car would be a good start). But if, I have damage to a car, or just want a good paint job. They are so I will go to.

Margaret McCoy Brian and Matt are timely, courteous, and attentive to details. I couldnt be happier with the service I have received during my interactions with them during the fixing of a couple work trucks. My husband is now taking in his truck to get worked on also, so we will be return customers for sure!

Justin Smith Brought a running Honda in to Brian for an engine swap. I just wanted more power. Brought everything to him needed. Got the car back with zero fluids, entire front end was just finger tight, steering wheel was pulled to the left and couldnt steer right properly, and I spent $3500 to be treated that way. Was quoted just $1800. This shop is the most crooked in town. Stay away! When I came back to ask him to fix it he started yelling at me. I said Id call an attorney, he called the police on me.

Chloe Murphy We travelled to Yakima from BC for a family wedding, our van had an urgent issue and we weren’t able to make it home. Javier and his crew found us parts, and helped us right away! Would highly recommend. Excellent customer service and an air conditioned waiting room. Can’t thank them enough!

Brian Christensen Great crew here, willing to take a quick look if needed to get an idea of the work to be done. They keep busy though, so same-day appointments are hard to come by, plan on some wait. However, they do a great job and do their best to protect your wallet in the process.

Nicole Villacres The folks at Alpine are really wonderful. I needed a pre-buy inspection on a used van, and the quality of the report I received was top notch. Good, extensive information including photos of problem areas. This was really helpful in negotiating a good deal on the van. Very fairly priced as well. They also did the repairs after I purchased it. Great work and good guys.

Eileen Tiefel Middle of August my husband and I were travelling home to Wisconsin when the lights on our RV trailer went out - We had stopped at 2 previous places which werent able to help us. The Garage was pretty much our last hope. Randy was already up to his neck in work, but he said hed give things a look - he did - found the problem - fixed it (a fuse) - didnt charge us because he said it took him only a minute or to fix it - gave us extra fuses and sent us on our way. My husband and I were and still are grateful for Randys kindness - we need more people like Randy in this country! Thanks again, Randy!

Ashley Sonnier I do not recommend I was told to bring my car to get the water pump switched out in the morning it is now 8:30 in the morning they were supposed to open up at 8 theyre not answering any of my calls. Waste of time and money anyway I will take my business elsewhere going to charge me $190 for my water pump... looking at water pumps they only cost $25 free shipping. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Alex Rojas I took my car down the road to Westside Auto and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. They fixed some random stuff but it still drove bad. Came here to have it checked. It was My cadilllac converter. My Honda drives like an entirely different car now! Thanks for the correct diagnosis and the great service!
