Personally I want to feel comfortable with the person working on my vehicle. He gave me the impression that my vehicle wasnt good enough for his time. Maybe I just caught him in a bad mood but I certainly wont go back. First impressions mean a lot there Mr Alignment guy and you made me feel like your not very nice.
