Julie Benton I was on my way home from Seattle in the rain and my windshield wipers got crossed and weren’t working correctly. I called at 4:15 and they got me in right away and fixed the issue in 5 minutes with friendly service and generous attitude. I’d definitely recommend working with them!

Kevin Niewoehner Had truck trouble on a Sunday going from Federal Way to flathead lake. All the repair shops said they had a 3-4 wait due to the high volume of traveler breakdowns. So I dropped my yukon off at independent auto repair, fully expecting to go in debt. They got me in on the second day. I was so pleased to see diagnostic tools and testing equipment. They found a cracked spark plug. That was the cause of my problem. They also found a performance issue and corrected it. Truck runs so much better now. The owner and the manager were the best people you could meet. The costs were decent industry standards. Makes you really appreciate great people in a great town. If you can be patient, this may just be the best repair shop youll ever go to.

Kaycee Montgomery Have come in a couple times with different vehicles, both times they were quick to see me and were clear and concise in explaining what the problem was and what my options were. Werent afraid to let me know how serious (or not serious) it was, and even went so far as to give me some pointers when I considered doing the work myself; shows real integrity. Highly recommend and the pricing seems fair.

Michael Reed My car started having issues 20 minutes from Ellensburg, for a road trip to Colorado. This guy managed to come out on very short notice, get the problem fixed, showed me how to do it myself for next time, and all in a very short time for a great price. And even did a check in the next day to make sure I got there ok. He did an incredible job and was very kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area!

miriam ledwith I had what used to be called a fender bender, when cars were better made, while visiting my family in Seattle. The engine seemed fine but the driver side bumper and all the panels that it was connected to was very badly mangled. I wasted a week in Seattle trying to get it fixed there.But after 8 days of no information, mis-nformation, and bad information, I had it long hauled to Pro Star in Eburg, where I had had a great job on a non-insurance issue taken care of 6 years ago. Justin and Staci had my back with the insurance company. They called me twice a week. Justin sent me photos of the damage and photos of the parts. The parts were ordered 3 days after the car arrived, painted the next week and I had a brand new looking car back in exactly 13 days. It would have been 10 days but we were waiting for the INSURANCE critters to call back.When Justin was busy, Staci walked me through stuff. Everything she told me was accurate and true. Five stars are not enough.

The team not only gave me my car back better than before the accident they detailed the entire inside! There was not a price of dust in it when I picked up! Arjun Chakraborty We brought our truck here while on a trip when our engine started flashing check engine light. They had an opening right away and had someone ran diagnostics. They were very courteous and did a thorough job to try to find the root cause. Turns out it was non-issue and I was on my way soon enough with a very reasonable charge. And the whole time I was towing a trailer!

Luke Ford I booked the $350 package with the $50 upholstery add on, worth every penny by far. I will be a repeat customer. Mobile, friendly, hardworking, diligent, communicative, I had forgotten to take out my son’s car seat (that has definitely seen better days) and Luke went out of his way to uninstall and clean it for me. Such an amazingly Clutch service. The car looked perfect inside and out like when we drove it off the lot. All within 24 hours of my original online booking, in the comfort of my own home. Scarlett Yurk Jimmy is the most reliable mechanic. We called him 5:30 on a Saturday night, after being stranded for a day without a driveable vehicle. He arrived within the hour (from a different city), diagnosed the car, and gave use reasonable and honest prices. He explained everything he was doing, and his positive attitude passed right along to us!

Samaritan Sentinel Was referred here by a friend and wasnt disappointed. Experienced and competent mechanics, top notch service and a fair price is sometimes hard to find in a service shop but Chad and the crew checked all the boxes. 5 stars and I also highly recommend.

George May I took my ‘95 4Runner in to get a water pump replacement job finished up after I had started the project myself. Every single other shop within 30 miles told me they wouldn’t touch my rig because I had attempted to fix it myself first. Cami and Bill were the only ones who were willing to fix my rig. The bill ended up being more than I had originally anticipated, however that is completely to be expected considering they had to backtrack my own work in order to do it right. Would highly recommend Hosmer’s.

Rowdy KiloNiner These guys saved our trip! Our car started to overheat as soon as we passed Ellensburg, thankfully they were able to take a look and get us fixed up and back on the road! The price wasn’t bad and the customer service was great! They are even dog friendly which was nice since we had our two large dogs stranded with us. I don’t recommend overheating on the side of the highway, but if you do, do it near these guys! They’ll get you back on the road!

Oyler Plumbing Wise automotive is a great company that know what they are doing and are very thorough! I have been taking my vehicles there to be serviced and they have even let me take a loaner vehicle until mine was finished. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle work!

Kiyrah Keith I had a great experience with D&M Motors! They were able to schedule me quickly. I dont know a lot about cars, and they were able to quickly diagnose a critical issue and get it fixed. They did a great job of calling me with updates, and the price was very reasonable. I would absolutely come here again with future car maintenance.

ana carnahan OUTSTANDING!! AMAZING!! HONEST! I was moving from Seattle to FLA and of course my clutch goes out just east of Cle Elum. The tow truck driver said he knows a guy in Ellensberg that is a little faster. I’m hours from Seattle and thought I’d be stuck for a 2-3 days. NOPE…24 hours and a new clutch later I’m back on the road. He stayed late to get me on the road in daylight! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Bryce Raven I had a fantastic experience with Crossroad Garage. Chrissy at the front desk was able to get an appointment for me to get a diagnostic done on my truck within a few days of my calling. When I had some questions about the diagnostic, Eli could answer them and break everything down for me so I could understand them. They also advised me on when I should get maintenance done on my truck. If you want excellent customer service and great mechanics, look no further. As a bonus, the pricing was pretty good. They took pretty good care of me and my truck; I will be going back and highly recommend them!

Katie Schepker I drove from the westside of Washington to get my truck worked on by Crossroad Garage and was met with professionalism, punctuality and guys who were proud of their job/work! There were different issues that came about when installing a leveling kit and new wheels to my truck in which the team was quick to call me and keep open communication on the process. Last minute I decided to get new tires and they were great at helping me out with this when choosing the right ones. They were honest and had a lot of integrity in their work, even offered to drive me home if my truck was not completed on time. Love this place, will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!
