ProStar Collision - Ellensburg (WA)

5 /5 miriam ledwith: I had what used to be called a fender bender, when cars were better made, while visiting my family in Seattle. The engine seemed fine but the driver side bumper and all the panels that it was connected to was very badly mangled. I wasted a week in Seattle trying to get it fixed there.But after 8 days of no information, mis-nformation, and bad information, I had it long hauled to Pro Star in Eburg, where I had had a great job on a non-insurance issue taken care of 6 years ago. Justin and Staci had my back with the insurance company. They called me twice a week. Justin sent me photos of the damage and photos of the parts. The parts were ordered 3 days after the car arrived, painted the next week and I had a brand new looking car back in exactly 13 days. It would have been 10 days but we were waiting for the INSURANCE critters to call back.When Justin was busy, Staci walked me through stuff. Everything she told me was accurate and true. Five stars are not enough.

The day I walked in with the need for body work to my Subaru to the day I picked up only took a little over a week! The team not only gave me my car back better than before the accident they detailed the entire inside! There was not a price of dust in it when I picked up! He was very transparent and communicative during the process and I appreciate them all so much! I highly recommend any body work you may need to be done here at ProStar!

5 /5 Morghan Nass: I cannot recommend this business enough. They repaired the whole front end of my car after I hit an elk and it looks better than the day it rolled off the lot. However, the quality of their service goes way beyond the outcome of my vehicle. There is no denying there are parts shortages going on, and my car was delayed a bit because of it. Justin the owner called me no less than twice a week to update me, let me know where they were at and what they were doing. He took his time in making sure I was up to date and was incredibly thorough. I was also a little bit hesitant to use them because I could not be sure if my insurance would completely cover the cost until the end, and Justin was completely transparent with me about this and it was clear they would do what they could to help work with me and my insurance. I am so happy I trusted them and all turned out better than I had expected. Thank you to the stellar team at Prostar for your help and leading by example on everything a local business should be!
