5 /5 Derek Flint: I’ve been using Crossroads Garage for years, and they are very knowledgeable and take great care of their customers. One time they put an oil in my vehicle that was technically not the first recommendation of the manufacturer, but rather the second or third, which is further complicated by the fact that the manufacturer’s recommendations are very confusing. I as a customer should have indicated which oil I preferred to have in my truck beforehand, but I neglected to and only thought to ask what kind of oil they used after the fact. They were honest and informed me that the oil they put in it was not the oil I wanted, so they drained it for free and put in the oil I wanted and refunded me for all the parts and labor of the original oil change. Another time they offered to check my coolant condition in the parking lot whenever it was convenient for me to stop by for free when they could have easily made me schedule an appointment and charged me their base hourly rate for just ten minutes of work. And they went above and beyond recently after spending a couple weeks attempting to find an intermittent vibration my truck is making that they have been unable to recreate. They charged me the initial one-hour diagnostic fee only when I know for certain they have spent multiple hours test-driving it all over town and bringing the truck on and off their lifts attempting to find the issue. They are very honest and generous people, and I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
