Werent afraid to let me know how serious (or not serious) it was, and even went so far as to give me some pointers when I considered doing the work myself; shows real integrity. Highly recommend and the pricing seems fair.

I had a wheel bearing failure on the freeway passing Ellensburg, we got off the road immediately, called around, and limped the truck over to Ellensburg Brake & Bearing. They got my truck in, got the parts, and had us back on the road same day. It did take awhile because the closest place that had parts was Yakima, but they got everything installed and we made the rest of our road trip down to Oregon safely that evening. It was unfortunate circumstances, but we ended up making a day of it and walking around Ellensburg, and even found a dog friendly cafe to have a couple drinks and lunch at while we were waiting. Thank you again Dave and the two techs who took care of my truck.
