OK Tire Factory Inc - Okanogan (WA)

2 /5 Tyler Hicks: Ive used OK Tire off and on since I moved to the Okanogan several years ago. Ive generally found their services to be good and prices to be fair. However, I recently got my winter tires put on and a few days later one of my wheel covers came off. I contacted them about having them replace it since the tech obviously didnt put it back on correctly. They didnt get back to me for over a week so I tried again and they said they would get back to me later that day. Five days later and they still havent. All businesses are going to make mistakes but if they rectify I am quick to forgive but they clearly have no real intent of fixing their mistakes. I will no longer do business with them.

5 /5 Kirby Crowley: With over 1,000 miles left on my journey and damage to the front end/steering I needed 2 tires to get home. They had used tires to replace my "slicks", sold them to me for a good price, and got me back on the road in under an hour!

5 /5 Cathy Evans: Super nice tech. We just needed air in our tires. He filled them to our specs, added caps, and wished us safe travels. No charge.

5 /5 Be: Great service. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & honest. The guy who helped us went out of his way to solve our wheel issue quickly, & professionally. I didnt get his name, but he gave us excellent service (youngish slim guy with a big smile, brown hair, tatts & piercings). Thanks! We will definitely come back again.

5 /5 Jake Ayers: I’ve used them since I’ve moved to the area, they are super great never have had an issue with them ever! Sometimes things happen with shops they are insanely busy stuff just happens they are humans people! They have always been so easy to work with and extremely cool people
