1 /5 Nikki Johnson: This was ridiculous. My family and I ordered $150+ tip worth of meals for curbside pickup. We got our food, got home and started setting our table. We had missing items, and the steak were all medium rare and rare when ordered medium well. We went back, they offered to give us 2 replacement steak meals with shrimp parm and mushroom toppers, and 2 desserts. Ok, cool. Get them, get home, sit down to eat... Steaks are cooked Well done, and there are no toppers. The fries were cold. And they put the dessert, which was brownie with ice cream in the bag with the hot steak. So we had ice cream soup lol. We called the manager again and she offered a gift card to make up for it. I wont be back. And if you order here, check your food before leaving. I also wouldnt tip until you know your order is correct.

4 /5 Nataliya Brogan: The service was amazing here! The waitress that helped us today was extremely nice and checked on us frequently! The food was extremely good however the oil that was used most definitely made the food greasy. I do recommend getting the appetizer deal since it is filling.

5 /5 Seth Folkers: We had no idea we could feed our whole family this economically at a dine-in restaurant like Applebees! Their special deal offering two entrées and a side for $25 is great! Its still a lot more expensive than eating at home, but about the same as the price of a fast-food restaurant, plus youre generally getting more food and better quality. The food here was delicious and the waitress did a great job. ***I would recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if youll be dining in the restaurant on Friday or Saturday night. We had no trouble getting in on Thursday evening, but the wait was going to be almost an hour on Friday, so we ended up eating elsewhere.

5 /5 Whitney Fredette: We love eating here. Food is always on point, and happy hour pricing is great for appetizers. We love visiting to see Claudia, Hayley, Zac and Patrick at the bar!

5 /5 Jennifer Edwards: I havent eaten at Applebees in a long time. In Jacksonville the quality is not good. Here the food was great. The quality was excellent, the guys was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic. Will definitely be eating here again! Highly recommend the bourbon steak!
