5 /5 Thao Nguyen: This place is a hidden gem in the Federal Way Korean town! We’ve been here many times including for a group birthday party. The food is excellent and the service is friendly and attentive. Our favorite is the short ribs and tendons hotpot. For appetizers, try the kimchi fried dumplings and the seafood pancake. The new addition to the menu is the grilled eels rice bowl which is also very good.

5 /5 Vy Nguyen: From the moment you walk into Big Pot Seolleongtang, you’re greeted with the unmistakable aroma of slow-simmered beef bone broth and freshly fermented kimchi. We ordered the seolleongtang, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich, milky, and packed with collagen, and you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. The accompanying kimchi was well-fermented, and the perfect pairing to cut through the richness of the soup. This is the kind of comforting Korean food that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

3 /5 Nathan Thai: Tasty traditional Korean soup dish thats pretty hard to find elsewhere. Other dishes are decent. The store itself is quiet and a bit out of the way.
