El Loco Food Truck - Ellensburg (WA)

5 /5 Jack Rainlyn: Beautiful gas station taco truck. Hit after a long drive, I got two asada and two carnitas tacos that were so juicy, perfectly salted, and blessed with pinto beans and other accoutrements. Highly recommended especially considering the menu shown on maps says tacos were 2.75 4 years ago and now they had only gone up to 3 which is totally reasonable. Staff was very nice as well and wait wasn’t long. I can’t wait to come back and try new menu items!

5 /5 TravelTubeBlankets: Great service from owner, the food tacos and tortas we had were delicious although I have to say, the beans on my tacos were a surprise. A good surprise! There are no seating areas so you either eat in your car or, as the locals who came by, take it home to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit and try all the offerings.

5 /5 Matthew: Best Quesabirria tacos in Ellensburg hands down, Not only are these tacos amazing they are fully loaded with meat and the price is great. Every time I call and ask how long, he says 10 minutes, My house is 12 minutes away. By the time I get to town my food is ready every time. Other taco carts will tell you 20 to 30 minutes and its actually 1 hour. Ive stopped going to all other Mexican carts in town due to poor service and extremely long wait times. This food cart knocks it out of the park with Service, Food quality, and time.

5 /5 Lili Sanch: They have moved to the warrior parking lot. Best Mexican food in town! These guys are fast and never miss! Food is always fresh and just what I’m craving. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
