5 /5 Fullerton Courtney “Blair”: From start to finish this restaurant and service was exceptional. I had the black cod with the sweet potato ‘sauce,’ and it was cooked perfectly with a matching taste. We were headed to a theatre performance and we had our meal “rushed,” and not only did our waiter do this for us, but the food was not compromised in quality. I have to highlight that in addition to the amazing food, the server was wonderful.

5 /5 Nancy Stuart: This dining experience was exactly what I needed. We went in on a Friday night and ordered the following: Little Gem Lettuces Steak Tartare Black Cod Steak Frites I’ve personally never had steak tartare in a tartine format (theirs comes on sourdough), but I loved it and never want to go back. And while everything we got was great, that and the Black Cod are still on my mind the next day. The Black Cod dish had all my favorite things—exciting flavor, a delicious sauce (and a perfect amount of it), and a few different textures that worked really well together. We joked that the dishwasher was probably going to be happy when they got our plates because I don’t think we left a single particle of food on them. The service was warm, attentive but not overbearing. I’m really over bad service at fine dining spots, so that was very much appreciated. Food and drinks all came out quickly even with the restaurant being pretty full. Really not a bad thing to say, it was just really really nice.

5 /5 Greenlaw E Patrick (Patrick): Immaculate vibes. Impeccable cuisine. Stellar service. One of my favorite places on earth. Professional staff. Incredible value. Really wish I could spend more time at Estelle. I have been back a number of times since my first visit, and I have never been anything other than impressed. I will come back forever. The stand-by dishes that are hard to find elsewhere are done very very well, and the rotating menu keeps things interesting and allows for some exciting experimentation. I dont know anywhere else like it. Much love.

5 /5 Kimberly Savage: Every time I visit Bellingham this place is top on my list. The atmosphere is so chill, great vibes, great music. The staff is very friendly. The food is yummy and the cocktails are amazing. This place is a gem and worth every penny. Favorite cocktail is Gift Horse;)

5 /5 Kyle Cooley: Wow. Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Easily the best in Bellingham! We were just blown away by so many dishes; the dinner roll, the roasted carrots, the duck fat fries, the black cod, and the duck confit are all flawless. On top of the food, the service is exceptional. Our server provided a bunch of recommendations and they were extremely accommodating with some complex dietary restrictions. The ambiance was also great. We heard this place can get busy and fill up quickly, but we made a reservation for a Saturday night at 7:30 and there were still several empty tables when we arrived. Granted, it was the weekend between Christmas and New Years, so maybe it was a fluke. Finally, the prices are totally reasonable for the quality of food. We ordered a LOT of food and left stuffed, but only paid a little over $100 for everything.
