Itadaki - Bellevue (WA)

5 /5 Matt Perrone: Itadaki Yakiniku is a Japanese steakhouse in Bellevue. Its close to the main area, so traffic can be a pain but its relatively easy to get to. Theres a few parking garages close by but no real street parking. Inside, they have probably 4 dozen tables, set in the front and back, as well as a bar in the front. Their menu is pretty big, and prices are a bit high, but portions are decent and the quality of food you get is second to none around here. Wagyu is obviously the easy go to, but their other steak options, and some of their sides, are just amazing. The Cube is a great choice, with a little bit of a few things. Its a nice place to do "family style" with people since its easy to split. The service here is amazing, like next level. The staff is so friendly and funny, and they do a great job helping out or pairing sake or other drinks with your meal. Reservations are highly recommended. Overall this is an amazing spot, for either a date night, casual night, or even group gathering.

5 /5 MJ: This was our second visit to the restaurant. Since it was during Restaurant Week, our overall satisfaction was a bit lower compared to our first time, but we still enjoyed our meal. The steamed egg(chawanmushi) was a little on the salty side, but it was super soft as it should be and still tasted nicely savory. The scallop sushi was also good. Most of the meats on the Restaurant Week menu were marinated, which was a bit disappointing for us, but we’ll definitely come back on a special occasion or anniversary to try the beef tongue(not acami but toro) and sirloin cuts again. The service was little bit slow until we got our meat, but the server was nice throughout the dinner.

5 /5 Jasmine: I’ve been here four times now, and will keep coming back! Meat quality is top notch, service is attentive, and atmosphere just sets the mood for a great meal. I particularly love their beef tongue, uni / ikura don, and oysters, although I’ve found most menu items to be worth trying. They know what they’re doing for their medley of flavours. It’s also my go to spot for a quick work lunch too now.

5 /5 Kimberly Rosario: This was my first time dining at Itadaki, and it exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding—fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. Our server, Michael, made the experience even more memorable. He was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and efficiency. It’s rare to receive service that elevates a great meal into an exceptional one, but he did exactly that. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.
