5 /5 Jason L: Stopped by Kobe on a Tuesday evening after work for a quick bite. For folks coming from the suburbs, parking is clearly labeled at the entrance and easy. It’s also free, spacious, and shared with the hotel, which adds a sense of security. That stress-free start sets a good tone for the meal. I ordered the bibimbap served in a hot stone bowl, and it hit the spot. One standout was the salad, mainly because of the unique dressing, which they even sell separately on the side. I appreciated the sink located outside the restrooms. It’s perfect for a quick hand wash or if you’re inpatient like myself. The restaurant also has Asian ice cream options and a decent selection of alcohol. Since I was dining solo, I sat at the sushi bar, which was calm and clean.
