Unfortunately a smell I have seen mentioned in a couple of posts was strong and almost unbearable at 7:15AM. (It wasnt me, I checked...) Perhaps it was the the bathroom, bleach, the carpet, or a combination of both?
I imagine when the place is full it is less noticeable. Yet because 75-95% of taste is smell, and bad smells unconsciously make people annoyed, I suggest checking this out and perhaps adding some smell diffusers. You could even go full "Disney Park" and get machines that pump out a rich diner smell!
I suspect you will get many more 5 star reviews, not to mention it will be easier to keep staff. I have had complaints about employers in the past but didnt say them because I need my job, right?
Please dont take my word for it though. This is intended as constructive criticism. Perhaps bring three trusted friends who are not accustomed to the place in the early morning as an independent assessment.
The food was great! Ill come back in a month or so to try it again, and I am certainly open to editing this review. Good luck!
