3 /5 Olga Stata: I’ve always had incredible experiences at this place and felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Unfortunately, today was an exception. The person who helped me, whose name on the receipt was Christopher, was a tall gentleman who was quite short with me in attitude. He even rolled his eyes, which really left me feeling a bit low as a customer. On the bright side, Jessica truly saved the day. She was so sweet and made me feel genuinely appreciated. I’m grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I hope management recognizes how wonderful Jessica is and also addresses the other staff member’s behavior.

5 /5 Ace Arbor: Great everything. The employees are kind and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold. This great place does more than sell fresh seafood. Theres a walk up taco stand with the best fish tacos/burritos Ive ever had. Plus they supply the majority of top rated restaurants in the greater Seattle area and further. Your favorite dish at your favorite restaurant in the State of Washington most likely was made with ingredients supplied by Key City Fish Company. Im hooked for life. Thank you, Key City.

5 /5 Judith Clouse: Stopped here after reading others excellent reviews. It didnt disappoint. We got our fish fix, taking home multiple pieces to fix fresh and some for the freezer. Christopher was super friendly and gave these land-lubbers lots of advice on how to cook our pieces. Great selection! Thanks!
