3 /5 Terrica M: I called in my order, and a young man took it over the phone—he was very friendly and helpful. I came in a bit later to pick it up (I’m currently on a knee scooter after surgery, and the restaurant isn’t very accessible—the sidewalk is cracked and there are two sets of heavy double doors). When I rolled in, a woman with a ponytail was at the counter but didn’t acknowledge me. I understand things can get busy, but a simple greeting or smile goes a long way in customer service. After being overlooked for a bit, the same young man who took my phone order noticed me and kindly assisted. The food itself was really good, so I would consider coming back. However, if the service isn’t friendlier on my next visit, I’m not sure I would return again. I am very big on customer service because I give great customer service. It’s free to smile at others.
