1 /5 Avery Irwin: If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked an igloo dinner at the Davenport Grande terrace specifically because they told us — multiple times — that they could accommodate dietary needs. I even called ahead to confirm, and our reservation clearly noted the requirements.
Fast forward to today: we show up for our reservation, only to be told they cannot accommodate anything. No explanation, no effort, just a flat “no” after assuring us it would not be a problem.
This wasn’t a minor oversight — this was the entire reason we chose the igloos in the first place. It completely derailed the evening we planned and paid for. For a hotel that claims to offer luxury experiences, this was a complete failure in communication, professionalism, and basic customer service.
If you have any dietary needs at all, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The Davenport Grande clearly can’t be bothered to honor the commitments they make to their guests.
