Zips Drive-in - Colville (WA)

2 /5 Ken Wendt: Both our burgers were not made as requested (no mayo). They did however quickly replace one of them. The ice machine was down. The pop machine dispensed warm syrupy pop, lacking fiz. We were the only ones in the dining area at 6:00. Maybe others were already aware of the issues they are having here.

3 /5 Shelbi Northington: The food was okay and the service was good. The lady was very friendly. The part that I thought they could do better in was how cold it was in there and the smell of propane. When everyone is wearing their winter coats to stay warm maybe they should invest in a different kind of heater.

4 /5 Annette Rigsbee: Their food is hit or miss. Sometimes its good, sometimes it is not. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Glad they gave gluten-free bread.

5 /5 Nick: Ice cream and fries. Yum. The fries are so good here- hot and fresh. I got a burger last time and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had from zips. Dog likes the fries too!

1 /5 Lala: This happened last summer and I didnt think to leave a review. Ordered the turkey and Swiss sandwich, got home and opened it up and this is what I got. When I took it back, I was told that the ingredients changed, but the menu picture showed it coming on a hoagie roll. Paid like $10 for that thing. Zips made things right by refunding my whole meal, not just this sandwich. Just check your food before you leave the restaurant. Havent had Zips since then, but I hope they are doing better work.
