jacques rattaire I contacted Jeff regarding a fob remote I had lost for my 2015 Volvo. Jeff recommended that I call this guy who might be able to help me, so I did. I called Jeff several times back as I had not heard back from this guy and Jeff was always courteous on the phone and always willing to help me for another solution even though he had nothing to gain from it.. Later on I heard back from the guy and it all worked out! I called back Jeff again and he was very happy to hear that we finally connected. I would definitely recommend his shop for any service you might need for your car. His customer service is definitely his number one priority! Thank you Jeff for all of your help.

ekaphoon Extremely honest, WONDERFUL work & service. Blake & team has saved me from missing out on a giant road trip I planned with my family. He was booked out for weeks but rushed getting our truck ready, I tried for weeks changing things out and chasing wires and codes. Blake’s vast knowledge on diesel trucks saved my butt even more thousands of dollars. He diagnosed what I needed, and helped us get on the road. I am very grateful for that!! I brought my chevelle in and had him diag it, he was on the dot as well and will be seeing my 68 chevelle for a full rebuild in August!

Brendan Abshier Blake and team helped with my AC vents in my Ford Explorer. I went to them for a second-opinion based on what Id initially heard from the dealership. Stillbuilt replaced my parts faster and did the work for lower cost. Importantly, they were transparent, and proactive in making sure the parts and procedure were correct. I had never taken my car to them before. Ill definitely call Stillbuilt the next time I need help with my Explorer.

Sally Waters People working there were very nice. They were able to remove my front window stickers and put them in the same places. Hopefully I wont need another windshield, but if I di, I will go to them.

Stephen Ellis There seems to be more skilled, more confident technicians here. We brought our brand new Lincoln Corsair into Lous Auto Glass (a different place) to repair a ding in our windshield and they chickened out. Louis said they couldnt do it out of concern that the window would crack under pressure (due to the circumstances of that ding). Novus got the job done today and the ding looks much better. We are grateful and we know where to go next time.

Michael Hayes Had a great experience. I was in the middle of a very long trip. Showed up without an appointment and needed many services. Air, and fuel filters, oil change and a complete transmission flush. All but the transmission were finished in less then and hour and they were able to squeeze the transmission service in 2 days later. Which was great for me as my schedule was tight. In the process, they noticed that I had an improper dipstick and replaced it as well. Staff seemed competent and thorough. 2023 3/4 ton ram diesel. Thank you Carr shop. I’ll be back anytime I’m in the area and need service.

Liz Beth First time in today and couldnt be happier. They were recommended to me by Les Schwab and Im so glad I checked them out. Stellar and speedy service all at an extremely reasonable price! It was $40 less than what Subaru in Mt. Vernon quoted me for a synthetic oil change. Ill definitely be back!

Louis Frohman I drove up from Portland and was stranded in Anacortes with a blown ignition coil. I made the rounds of shops but only Wespauls would take a look at the car and assess the situation rather than just turn me away. To my astonishment and great relief I was back on the road and on my way by the end of the day. I am very appreciative of Jim at Wespauls for his courtesy, patience and willingness to help out when no one else would. I highly recommend Wespauls for their customer service, automotive expertise, high quality workmanship and reasonable cost.

Linda Lewis Scott and the team have repaired my Prius front bumper twice. They are professional and friendly and in both experiences went beyond my expectations in customer care and service.

Ed Gegen Had minor damage on my van. Scott quoted a bit over $1000.00 to fix. I agreed to the price. After the job was finished he called me to tell me the job was done and he was able to fix the damage cheaper. The bill ended up at $560.00. He did not need to do that. I was willing to pay the higher cost. This shows great character, honesty and the quality of his shop. I dont see this type of business honesty often any more. Great job, and outstanding service. It’s been more than 20 years now, and from “wellness checkups” to repairs to my new super-quiet tires, and scoping out scary dashboard warning lights at no charge, I continue to feel they have the best interests of me and my car at heart.

Katrina White Could not recommend the folks at AA enough, they have always provided stellar service and are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable! I recently had an unexpected issue with my vehicle and as always, Anacortes Automotive was the solution! They happily took on diagnosing and fixing the problem with zero notice, allowing me to drop my vehicle off the same morning I started having problems with it. After a quick and professional repair, they got me back on the road after explaining the issue and making sure I understood exactly what had gone wrong and how it had been addressed. Highly recommend!

Ann Wegemer My water pump started to go out on my way to work. The owner of SMR met me at my work, assessed the damage and got me in the shop the next morning. He even met me at o’dark thirty and dropped me off at work. Granted I work within 5 min of the shop but he saved me the huge hassle of finding a ride super early in the morning. He called me later with an honest estimate of what would need to eventually be done and what was needed now (I used to co-own an auto repair shop) and when the work was done, he brought the car to me washed. Excellent service. I highly recommend this shop. They have my future business.

Ken Wilson Bentley came through for me a few weeks back when he tackled several repairs needed on a one ton Dodge Van I planned to use to tow a U-Haul to Central California. The van handled the trip with ease. That same job included maintenance on my wifes car. In all, Bentley knocked out several hundred dollars in repairs to the van, for cheap, and wifes car. Great to work with. Thanks for all your help and mechanical tips, Bentley!! You definitely know what youre doing.

Jessica Back in April 2023, I needed to have my power steering fixed, but my regular mechanic wasnt available to take care of the repairs. Im so glad that I was referred to Tim@ TLC Automotive. His prices and work were more than Fair and I really appreciated that since Im on a small and tight budget.
