5 /5 jacques rattaire: I contacted Jeff regarding a fob remote I had lost for my 2015 Volvo. Jeff recommended that I call this guy who might be able to help me, so I did. I called Jeff several times back as I had not heard back from this guy and Jeff was always courteous on the phone and always willing to help me for another solution even though he had nothing to gain from it.. Later on I heard back from the guy and it all worked out! I called back Jeff again and he was very happy to hear that we finally connected. I would definitely recommend his shop for any service you might need for your car. His customer service is definitely his number one priority! Thank you Jeff for all of your help.

They went above and beyond explaining what was wrong with my vehicle, and provided fair estimates for all parts and labor before proceeding. They are good, honest people! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Barbara Gallardo: I Had a red warning light come on while driving through Anacortes. Pulled in to Import Autosport and owner Jeff began a analytical scan. Nothing found and Jeff suggested i come back before I leave the area. I did and Fernando did another scan, checked fluids. Marree was also helpful in relaying my needs. Highly recommend. Owner of MBZ Wagon, and on the road again.
