I called Jeff several times back as I had not heard back from this guy and Jeff was always courteous on the phone and always willing to help me for another solution even though he had nothing to gain from it.. Later on I heard back from the guy and it all worked out! I called back Jeff again and he was very happy to hear that we finally connected. I would definitely recommend his shop for any service you might need for your car. His customer service is definitely his number one priority! Thank you Jeff for all of your help.

Stephen Ellis There seems to be more skilled, more confident technicians here. We brought our brand new Lincoln Corsair into Lous Auto Glass (a different place) to repair a ding in our windshield and they chickened out. Louis said they couldnt do it out of concern that the window would crack under pressure (due to the circumstances of that ding). Novus got the job done today and the ding looks much better. We are grateful and we know where to go next time.

Michael Hayes Had a great experience. I was in the middle of a very long trip. Showed up without an appointment and needed many services. Air, and fuel filters, oil change and a complete transmission flush. All but the transmission were finished in less then and hour and they were able to squeeze the transmission service in 2 days later. Which was great for me as my schedule was tight. In the process, they noticed that I had an improper dipstick and replaced it as well. Staff seemed competent and thorough. 2023 3/4 ton ram diesel. Thank you Carr shop. I’ll be back anytime I’m in the area and need service.

Jim Minton Dunton’s is amazing! I hadn’t dealt with a body shop in over 40 years, so I was a little surprised when I had to make an appointment just for an estimate. However, Ryan met with me on the appointed day, took a close look at the damage on my Lexus, and proceeded to give me a detailed and comprehensive estimate. We made an appointment to do the work the following month, but there was a problem getting a replacement part so we had to reschedule. I brought the car in on Monday, picked it up on Thursday. Looks like new, and there were no surprises. Great place to do business!

Louis Frohman I drove up from Portland and was stranded in Anacortes with a blown ignition coil. To my astonishment and great relief I was back on the road and on my way by the end of the day. T Payne Literally a minute after I pulled my car in, the mechanic popped open my hood and said he would test the battery, said the issues sounded like a bad battery. I was thrilled with the service and price here. I actually didnt know if there were honest places like this around anymore. Ed Gegen Had minor damage on my van. Scott quoted a bit over $1000.00 to fix. I agreed to the price. After the job was finished he called me to tell me the job was done and he was able to fix the damage cheaper. The bill ended up at $560.00. He did not need to do that. I was willing to pay the higher cost. This shows great character, honesty and the quality of his shop. I dont see this type of business honesty often any more. Great job, and outstanding service. julia henricks Anacortes Automotive recommended seeing Scott at Seaside Autobody when I partly tore som wheel well trim on my Toyota Highlander, as well as scuffed paint around the trim. Scott ordered the trim part, which came in the same day. Took the car in the next morning and it was repaired in under 15 min. Charges were less than estimated and I left a happy camper. The paint scrapes were rubbed off in no time. Thanks Scott!

Ann Wegemer My water pump started to go out on my way to work. The owner of SMR met me at my work, assessed the damage and got me in the shop the next morning. He even met me at o’dark thirty and dropped me off at work. Granted I work within 5 min of the shop but he saved me the huge hassle of finding a ride super early in the morning. He called me later with an honest estimate of what would need to eventually be done and what was needed now (I used to co-own an auto repair shop) and when the work was done, he brought the car to me washed. Excellent service. I highly recommend this shop. They have my future business.

Ken Wilson Bentley came through for me a few weeks back when he tackled several repairs needed on a one ton Dodge Van I planned to use to tow a U-Haul to Central California. The van handled the trip with ease. That same job included maintenance on my wifes car. In all, Bentley knocked out several hundred dollars in repairs to the van, for cheap, and wifes car. Tom Coakley I was broken down and stuck at a state park frantically looking for help. They were booked weeks out but took the time to listen to my problem and gave me a workaround using my jumper cable to pull in my slide and bring in levelers. Once I could move to a plugin he continued returning texts and I was able to get repaired within the week.
