5 /5 KT: Maggie and Herold helped me to get my 6 years old Porsche spark plugs replaced with reasonable price. Not everyone has the equipment and the will to deal with this kind of car. Herold can take on the challenge to deal with it. It saves me money and time to replaced them at Lynwood. Even though it is tough to get on their schedule, it was worth it to wait for a month. It is a worth-trusty family run auto shop. I will definitely go back if I need any work that needs to be done again.

1 /5 Ryan Price: I brought in an older vehicle. Was told in a less than professional way that it is morally reprehensible to drive a vehicle with such an oil leak. The owner himself compared my vehicle to the Exxon Valdez in quite a snide manner. When asked about the other known issues that I brought the vehicle in for it was abundantly clear that they had no interest in working on my vehicle. And after being quoted ridiculously high price for a complete overhaul and a higher than necessary price just to get the vehicle road worthy again I decided to take my business elsewhere. This is where the "real" customer service kicked in. Frustrated at this point we returned to claim our vehicle, and was told that the paperwork had not been drawn up yet and that we couldnt take our vehicle back. When asked how long it would take to draw up the paperwork to make a payment and get our keys back we were instructed to"take a drive around the block". After some exciting back and forth over the phone and in person we were ultimately told to f*** off by the office manager. Who then vebally harassed a random bystander walking by. 10 minutes later we received notification that the paperwork was ready and that we could come pick up our vehicle. Highly entitled atmosphere.
