Kasten McKee I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have a suspension issue diagnosed. I dropped my car off first thing Monday morning and was told there might be a delay before they could get to it, maybe tuesday. No problem.
I called to follow up on Tuesday afternoon and was told that my car still hadn’t been looked at. When I checked in the next day on Wednesday morning, I was assured it would be seen that day. By late Wednesday afternoon, it still hadn’t been touched and I was told it wouldn’t be looked at until Thursday. At that point, I decided to pick it up and take it to another shop.
If an appointment is made that far ahead of time, I think it’s fair to expect at least a timely inspection, or at the very least, more transparent communication about delays. Four days without even starting the diagnostic process is a long time to leave someone without their vehicle.
When I arrived to pick up my car, I found it sitting in the parking lot with the windows down and the doors unlocked. The interior was dusty, which was surprising since I had been told my vehicle hadn’t even been brought in. I had things in the car that could be stolen, and it definitely raised some concerns for me about care and attention to detail.
Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through and the repeated missed expectations made this a frustrating experience.

Nicholas Shepherd AJ and the team took great care of my vintage Mitsubishi Montero. Had the valve train serviced and a few other odds and ends. Price was what I expected to pay, nothing more. Highly recommend.
