Sama Medina: My truck wouldnt start so I called this shop and Luke did some basic troubleshooting over the phone so that I could get it running and to his location. It worked! No tow needed. It was only a sensor and not a huge deal. Quick, inexpensive fix! Thank you!
    Dean Auto Repair - Puyallup
Hamza Sahibzada: Exceptionally talented tech. Dean has helped me with repairs numerous times. The prices are extremely good and the work is of great quality. Would strongly suggest anyone to visit him - whether a minor or major repair - the quality and fairness principles are applicable to all scenarios and repairs.
Meineke Car Care Center - Puyallup
Nate Aland: Ron was absolutely amazing to work with. Very nice and courteous to helping getting my old trucks brakes situation figured out. The best experience Ive had with Meineke ever!
Valley Ave Auto Repair - Puyallup
Gunnar Clovis: Cons: I had to wait about 30 min. longer than my appointment to be serviced. There was no receptionist or proper waiting room. It could use more effective signage to avoid parking in some ladys space and getting yelled at. Pros: They finished earlier than they said it would take. The staff was incredibly friendly. They charged for 1.5 hours of labor when they had my car for 3 hours. Overall, I enjoyed my experience (at least to the point one enjoys going to the auto repair place) and would recommend the location and will certainly return the next time my vehicle requires maintenance. The above six points are extremely glossy (in the sense that they are glossing over the topics) and all arguable faults regarding my experience were completely understandable and forgivable. Valley Ave Auto Repair, while the owner does have other locations, is not a chain place of business. It is not neat or clean, nor does it have that sterile corporate clone-stamp feel. Its not professional or polished, but it doesnt have to be. Valley Ave Auto Repair feels like its run by a bunch of friendly guys. Theyre nice and know their stuff and (while they may be slightly understaffed at times; they were quite busy [relatively] and my delayed in being attended to was understandable), but most importantly they get the job done, and at the end of the day thats all that matters. The owner is very nice (and talkative!), with lots of ideas and things to share. I recommend Valley Ave Auto Repair to anyone who needs it.

Jeff Singleton: Dont use these people unless youre willing to pay for fixing their damage. Had to visit another shop to fix the problem they created that didnt exist before they touched it. Sad.
    Austins Pro Max - Puyallup
Justin: Melinda, the manager at the Canyon Road shop, was awesome. She really listened to all my concerns and what I wanted. She took her time explaining everything clearly and helped me find the right setup without rushing or pressuring me. Thanks to her, I ended up with an exhaust system I’m genuinely happy with. The customer service there was top-notch. Melinda and the whole team went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back.
    Tanner Automotive Service - Puyallup
Ralph Lee: Amazing Service Mike Is A Great Guy and a Even Better mechanic. Overall I had the best experience Dealing with Him
Buckys Puyallup South Hill - Puyallup
Alec Smith: After trying to do some work on my truck and it going sideways I called around to local mechanics…Bucky’s was the only one that could do same day. When I got there I was greeted by Sven. His customer service was excellent and explained everything to me while being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Customer service is critical in todays service industry and Sven is doing a stellar job! Anthony and Michael did the repairs and got my truck back on the road same day! I’m super glad I came here and will be bringing my vehicles here from now on!

Justin Sumner: They can get the work done and are very friendly, but I am very suspicious of the pricing when other Meineke’s are quoting much less than the $300 I payed for an alignment. I was told it’s a charge of $200 per hour and I actually got the discount rate of $109 for the book time of 2.5 hours. Even though My wife was told it would only be half that by the front desk, which is why we came to this location. I get labor costs or what not but I wasn’t even there for 2 hours and had a break inspection where they drove my car for 5 miles too. Like I said very friendly and can get what you need done but the pricing seems fishy. Wont be coming back
Subaru of Puyallup Service Center - Puyallup
Bob OBrien: For a non-premium brand dealership, this dealership presents just like one. It was very busy and yet everyone was taken care of in a timely fashion. The waiting area is inviting and very comfortable. While waiting for our car to be serviced, I walked the sales lot and was so impressed at how the vehicles are presented by model and year and most of all they were all very clean as if they were ready to be delivered to a customer.
