5 /5 Ed Baker: I enjoy going to the American Lake clinic, I have only had positive experiences at the clinic. I have been receiving medical care for years at the clinic. Great staff can’t say enough good things about them. Plus everything is there I don’t have to travel all over town to get any procedures accomplished. I appreciate the VA Doctors, Nurses and Technicians for providing good quality medical care.

4 /5 N Corey: Just finished my annual physical, was treated with dignity and respect! I was contacted a few days prior by the nurse to pre answer all the paperwork questions that usually would have had me held up for an extra 30 minutes. Overall I had a great experience.

5 /5 Christian Rodriguez: I loved it, the only issue I had was finding it but other then that, my doctor was very nice, she was very understanding the staff was beyond respectful. And this was my first time going here. So far so good.

I think its BS that I waited an hour to speak with someone and then the person hangs up after asking my name and social and doesnt call me back. Knowing how long we have to wait to hear from you all should warrant a call back policy in reference to phone call disconnection from your staff. I 10/10 will not recommend the VA to anyone!!!
