Jeremy Cooke: Its probably best to skip a place that refuses to perform a prescribed procedure. No need for a manager. I will just contact the state health authorities and let them figure out the denial of care procedures.
Bernadette Blakeney: It was packed there, but everything was flowing smoothly. I was way early and they saw me before my appointment time!! I was out of there with a boot from the cast. No surgery. kind staff w clean facility. doc and staff were super!!
A. Cole: For my entire life she has been primary care provider. When I was in middle school she told me I needed to lose weight. She told me to google recipes and take initiative with what I ate. I was 12, and I had (and still have) an eating disorder. I was discouraged from going to the doctor for years because of her and how embarrassed and ashamed she made me feel. Im 20 now, and am still reaping the consequences of her lack of empathy.
Angelica Cameron: Ever since I turned 18 I’ve seen my main provider twice and I already want to switch my provider. She has been very dismissive of my issues and concerns regarding my health and today I came in wanting a dermatology referral for my contact dermatitis and wanted an actual person specialized in skin to help me but instead she just gave me a prescription for a steroid cream. Yeah let me slap on steroids on my face for two weeks only for it to come back worse like that wasn’t what happened when I first saw a doctor for my eczema
Corie Cameron: My appointment was so easy to schedule, easy to get to, and easy to get in and out. I was literally in the waiting room for less than three minutes after checking in, and in and out of the actual mammogram within ten minutes. They’re SO easy, efficient, friendly, clean, and easy. Nothing to be scared of at all!
Shelley Lee: Doctor listened to me. Was a 1st visit with this - new to me PCP @ KP, clearly he had reviewed my chart, Dx, Tx, POC, meds were gone over including OTC, I was very happy with his presentation and interest in my health and well being. I LIKE the new check list after care paperwork. I would recommend Dr. Akadri MD.
Heather W: Dr. Vo is wonderful once you get to see him. However getting medications refilled or anything like that is beyond frustrating. I am often waiting a week or more for refills. Idk if its his staff or him... but its ridiculous
