Angelica Cameron: Ever since I turned 18 I’ve seen my main provider twice and I already want to switch my provider. She has been very dismissive of my issues and concerns regarding my health and today I came in wanting a dermatology referral for my contact dermatitis and wanted an actual person specialized in skin to help me but instead she just gave me a prescription for a steroid cream. Yeah let me slap on steroids on my face for two weeks only for it to come back worse like that wasn’t what happened when I first saw a doctor for my eczema
Corie Cameron: My appointment was so easy to schedule, easy to get to, and easy to get in and out. I was literally in the waiting room for less than three minutes after checking in, and in and out of the actual mammogram within ten minutes. They’re SO easy, efficient, friendly, clean, and easy. Nothing to be scared of at all!
Shelley Lee: Doctor listened to me. Was a 1st visit with this - new to me PCP @ KP, clearly he had reviewed my chart, Dx, Tx, POC, meds were gone over including OTC, I was very happy with his presentation and interest in my health and well being. I LIKE the new check list after care paperwork. I would recommend Dr. Akadri MD.
Heather W: Dr. Vo is wonderful once you get to see him. However getting medications refilled or anything like that is beyond frustrating. I am often waiting a week or more for refills. Idk if its his staff or him... but its ridiculous
TJ Gonzales: No problem with medical care, but with BILLING! Two times where CHI Franciscan did not bill BOTH my medical health insurance on file even though the clinic scanned both health insurance cards and both cards were on MyChart! 1 Bill took over 1 year to resolve when none of my health insurances werent billed at all. Now another bill of $30 went into collections although it was hospital/staff error for not billing my childrens secondary insurance on file. Getting help with medical billing sounds like a 3rd party from another country each time, I even responded to messages on MyChart regarding my issues with no luck. Called the collections agency and CHI Franciscan didnt pull back their error. Still trying to resolve this issue.
Cindy Neary: Dr. Kennel has been our family doctor for over 25 years. He has a lot of experience and once you are an established patient, can usually see you very quickly for a sudden injury or illness. I have had a variety of illnesses which he has treated and diagnosed well. Hes matter of fact and has skills which a lot of younger doctors dont have any more. He doesnt send you to a specialist for every little thing.
Bill Gish: I am 73, and Ive never had a better experience with a doctor in my life. Dr. Regimbal never speaks down to me, always listens to me, and explains what and why he recommends a particular course of treatment. He never seems in a rush to move on to the next patient. His office staff are helpful and polite, and I have never had to wait long for an appointment.
