1 /5 TJ Gonzales: No problem with medical care, but with BILLING! Two times where CHI Franciscan did not bill BOTH my medical health insurance on file even though the clinic scanned both health insurance cards and both cards were on MyChart! 1 Bill took over 1 year to resolve when none of my health insurances werent billed at all. Now another bill of $30 went into collections although it was hospital/staff error for not billing my childrens secondary insurance on file. Getting help with medical billing sounds like a 3rd party from another country each time, I even responded to messages on MyChart regarding my issues with no luck. Called the collections agency and CHI Franciscan didnt pull back their error. Still trying to resolve this issue.
