1 /5 Michelle R: What is 24 business hours??? I requested to have my referral sent to a different facility, and the receptionist responded with that unclear explanation about “24 business hours.” That makes it even more frustrating because when dealing with medical referrals, patients need straightforward information—not vague wording that can be easily misinterpreted. If the response time is actually up to three business days, they should just say that instead of using a confusing phrase that makes it sound like a quicker turnaround. It almost feels like they’re trying to make the wait seem shorter than it really is, which isn’t fair to patients who are trying to plan their care.

1 /5 Mara DeLoney: Woman in LabCorp (205) was disrespectful while I was with a client and spoke badly about us to another patient who was also receiving labs. Entirely unprofessional and disrespectful and provided less than substandard care to my client who did nothing wrong but show up for an appointment. Hoping that when I have to come here for my own medical care that I am treated better than my client was.

3 /5 Dr. LaQrisha S. Henderson: I have been St. Claire Specialty clinic for approximately 2 months. The clinic is clean. The staff is nice and courteous. Cons: No one gives full details about appointments. They make the appointments but do not say which building or suite. You get there and you find out that your appointment is way on the other side. Cons: They call last minute to let you know your appointment is cancelled. I got a call at 9:00 am to let me know my appointment is cancelled because THEY DID NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION. Ummm like you knew this prior. It is not rocket science. It is all in the computer system. When they called the day before to confirm I was coming to my appointment someone should have said something then. I am traveling a little distance to to get to the clinic. I was already half way there when I got the call. Unprofessional!!!!!! You did not value my time but let me call at 9am to cancel my appointment at 9:30 then they want to refuse service to me. I also want my gas money back. You wasted my time. As I get up two hours early to get ready and handle my other medical issues. I also get up early to travel to your clinic to be on time. The appointment takes up more than 5 hours of my day so I cant get my time back after you cancelled my appointment on the same dayof the appointment at 9am. The gas prices are crazy. Yall wasted my time and my gas this very morning. Rude!!!!!

1 /5 Julie Fulton: Used to be a good place. Now it takes forever to get an appointment. My primary care doctor left and I was given no notice. Now I have to wait 6 months to see someone. They will not even approve physical therapy that Dispatch Health ordered for me. You would thinkmthey would have some care for an 85 year old. They are not the same since they merged with Virginia Mason. Not the same level of caring.

1 /5 Cecilia Dixon: I wish I could give this place zero stars. The lack of care and professionalism, is disgusting. I called to notify them I would be late due to being on crutches and not able to move quickly. When I got there, I was immediately told, by a woman named Katilyn, (with an attitude), that I would not be seen. I have a severe injury that needs to be checked out per doctors orders but she refused to even go and ask the doctor if they could allow me to wait and be seen in between patients. I didn’t care how long I’d have to wait, as long as I was seen. She looked at me like I was the most awful person she ever laid eyes on and said “NO, we can’t help you”. I left in tears. They are not about patient care at all! Please, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to where you’ll be treated fairly!
