Colin Rock, MD - Lakewood
Anthony Parra: First refferal was sent almost 2 months ago. Repeatedly sent multiple refferals over time and they kept saying they did not receive it. That their fax machine has issues with receiving faxes from tricare. Kept having them resent until tricare said they can just pull them up online. Apparently they refused to and 2 weeks passed and no response. Decided just to drop them. I dont want to be the one to do their job for them. Just not worth it. Receptionist are nice.

Mary-Brooke Barger: My husband and I joined Eventide Health when the practice, out of necessity, switched to direct primary care. When we discovered all of the benefits of this model of health care, we decided to give it a try. It has been a great experience, and exactly what we hoped for. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and clearly very caring about their patients and the community. Dr. House and Arna Robins, ARNP, have provided excellent care in a relaxed yet professional environment. After every appointment I walk away with valuable information; they listen attentively and take the time to educate me so that I am able to make informed decisions. I appreciate being able to communicate with them directly, often through emails or over the phone, when an office visit isnt necessary. I take comfort in the fact that I have an excellent medical team who I can count on for years to come.

Randy Nilsen: Visiting the islands from Miami - had an emergency. The entire staff here from Dr. Jim Perez to RN CJ, to attendee Kevin, admitting procedure from Conner and Robin who took vital signs . It was exceptional care from extremely nice and caring people. Opposite of what we typically experience in Miami. Thanks Dr Perez and team!

Sarah McLeod: My daughter had an acute issue with her eye and I was pleased that the clinic accommodated us quickly to get her checked out. Staff was pleasant. I was very uncomfortable with how Dr. Pusateri took my daughters diaper off and was evaluating her genitals without first asking me or even telling me why she was looking in this area when the only concern was her eye. It seemed invasive and if it was necessary she could have explained the reasoning instead of just taking her diaper off and touching.
Skagit Regional Health - Station Square - Mount Vernon
Rachel Munoz: Everyone was friendly, helpful and time efficient. My condition and needs were taken seriously, most importantly Im improving because of the care provided. There was some switching around required with pharmacies and prescriptions that took extra staff and provider time. It was handled with courtesy and respect for urgency of need. Thank you everyone!

Jenna Perry: Waited 6 hours in the waiting room with my daughter and her broken finger. Unfortunately with my husband on deployment I am a single mom who only just moved here with my 3 children two weeks ago and have not yet established childcare so my toddlers were also with me. I witnessed a man brought in by EMTs on a stretcher be dumped into the waiting room with the rest of us which I have never encountered before. Once called back the staff was very nice but seemed rushed to get us in and out of the room so they could bring someone else in. The drawers in the room were unlocked and had both syringes and needles in them which is not safe for children or those experiencing a mental health crisis. Overall not a wonderful experience and had I known the area better I probably wouldve opted for a more efficient emergency department.
