Chuck Bradley: Heidi is AMAZING! She is the only person that has always poked me once for my blood draws! And I have very tiny, rolling veins! Love going here. Everyone is so nice!

Sarah McLeod: My daughter had an acute issue with her eye and I was pleased that the clinic accommodated us quickly to get her checked out. Staff was pleasant. I was very uncomfortable with how Dr. Pusateri took my daughters diaper off and was evaluating her genitals without first asking me or even telling me why she was looking in this area when the only concern was her eye. It seemed invasive and if it was necessary she could have explained the reasoning instead of just taking her diaper off and touching.

Rachel Munoz: Everyone was friendly, helpful and time efficient. My condition and needs were taken seriously, most importantly Im improving because of the care provided. There was some switching around required with pharmacies and prescriptions that took extra staff and provider time. It was handled with courtesy and respect for urgency of need. Thank you everyone!

Jenna Perry: Waited 6 hours in the waiting room with my daughter and her broken finger. Unfortunately with my husband on deployment I am a single mom who only just moved here with my 3 children two weeks ago and have not yet established childcare so my toddlers were also with me. I witnessed a man brought in by EMTs on a stretcher be dumped into the waiting room with the rest of us which I have never encountered before. Once called back the staff was very nice but seemed rushed to get us in and out of the room so they could bring someone else in. The drawers in the room were unlocked and had both syringes and needles in them which is not safe for children or those experiencing a mental health crisis. Overall not a wonderful experience and had I known the area better I probably wouldve opted for a more efficient emergency department.

Derek White: **Review for Skagit Regional Clinic: ★☆☆☆☆** I feel compelled to share my experience regarding the mismanagement at Skagit Regional Clinic. The way their facilities are run at the executive level is nothing short of disastrous. It is evident that doctors and medical professionals are placed in an impossible position: they are forced to choose between facing complaints for being late to appointments and rushing through patient examinations just to stay on schedule. This alarming practice not only undermines the quality of patient care but also puts undue stress on the medical staff. The expectation of providing 15 hours of quality care in less than 10 hours is unrealistic, and it is only a matter of time before this pressure results in significant errors in patient care. I strongly caution anyone considering working at or receiving care from this clinic to think long and hard before making that decision. The system is fundamentally flawed, and the consequences for patients could be severe.

Beau Anderson: Ive had good visits with this hospital.there is a triage nurse there named crystal that is hands down the best ive ever seen but this time is absolutly unbelievable.my friend and i came here on xmas eve for a laceration on his finger,it was bad.we sat out in the waiting room for 3+ hours when i finaly went up and asked about how much longer till he was seen(he had blead thru his bandage and was bleeding onto the floor).the receptionist informed us that his name was not on there list(he had been thru triage and everything, had a wristband)she tells us that we must have left when they called our name(we never left)and wanted to put him thru the intake process all over again.he was pissed so we left.i was gonna take care of it at my house but found out it was beyond my scope so we returned and the same receptionist started off by telling us that we were wrong for leaving like they did nothing wrong.(its xmas eve,i didnot want to waste 3+ hours sitting in the waiting room for my health). Extremely unprofessional in my oppinion.there was a huge ball dropped on there end and they did nothing to try to correct this besides dumb it down like it was no big deal to save there ass. Well bet you this we will be speaking to a lawyer after the holidays.and save your reply about contacting your patient relations department, thats like a signature on a stamp.its just an insult to people when you respond with the same response with no intention on actually doing anything about your incompitence in patient care and relations. Something like this heads should roll over this kind off error but they wont. Doctors and nurses get a 5 star but the front desk and admin dept of this hospital get 1 star because this is not the first nor the last of these kind of complaints but nothing will change. Update-went back later this evening and my friends finger was so bad he needed 17 stitches.and he was sent home with nothing for his pain.he was miserable for the next 2 days.gross incompitence

Susan Vendeland: Dr. Struck is kind, patient, and a good listener. He is very thorough and thoughtful. I felt that he cared about my condition and showed concern for my future well- being. His explanations were clear. My questions were addressed in a respectful manner. I would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Struck to others seeking a neurologist.

sheryl mckay: The wait time and the care were great. But what bothered me is listening to the front desk lady that had a headset talking to a patient on SPEAKER PHONE loud for all to hear. I heard the whole conversation along with private information being released as I was in the waiting room. Now I wonder when calling if my information will be released into the lobby area- Isn’t there a HIPAA Law?

Sara: I was a patient at this clinic in 2021 while pregnant with my 1st child. I didn’t realize until now, being pregnant with my 2nd child, and under the care of a Virginia Mason clinic, what terrible care I received here. At the time, I had nothing to compare the experience to, but now, looking back, I realize I was treated so poorly by Dr. Allam. I was around 200lbs when I got pregnant with my daughter, and like most people in Washington state, I was a recreational cannabis user, but stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Those 2 things automatically put me in the “high risk” category, and between that classification, and the fact that I was a Medicaid patient, I ultimately received the bare bones treatment, and was given little to no consent on the type of care I received. (I am around the same BMI now, and my midwife at my new clinic is not classifying me as high risk) At my 1st ultrasound appt, Dr. Allam assumed she would not be able to see my baby with a transabdominal US, and automatically shoved the vaginal probe inside of me with very little warning or care. At my new clinic, the tech told me she would only do transvaginal if absolutely necessary, and it turned out she had a perfectly clear view of the baby through the transabdominal scan. I was given limited information at every appt, and basically made to feel like a fat POS who was risking my unborn child at every appt, despite the fact that I had a completely uncomplicated pregnancy— no adverse symptoms, no preeclampsia, no gestational diabetes— and delivered a healthy, full term baby at 39 weeks vaginally. Post partum care was a joke. The doctors at Sea Mar really don’t seem to care about their patients well-being or preferences at all. And as I go through the clinical notes for all my appts for that pregnancy, I see several times where they blatantly lied, like in my after birth visit where I told them I was struggling with milk production, and the doctor wrote “no issues with breast feeding.” I am so glad to have double insurance coverage and was able to select better OB care this time around, because looking back, my experience with Sea Mar was terrible.
