5 /5 Jessica Bass: I went to the ER today because a metal door slammed into my chest. The Specialist that helped me with X-rays was so kind and respectful (sorry I cried the whole time) and the Attending (she wore red scrubs) and Evee the charge nurse thank you for being so gentle and helping me feel safe and comfortable. Hospitals make me so anxious and I had a very pleasant experience. I feel like I waited a reasonable amount of time for everything.
