1 /5 Brigette B: Been waiting to see Angie more than anything since I found her on Instagram in 2019/2020. I drove over 2 hours to get to her and was SO excited, and it was beyond disappointing. I tipped 25% after being treated very badly & being over charged on top of it all. Still was nice, patient and kind. Just wanted it to end. Very shocked and honestly sad at the whole experience. Completely inexcusable - I had to bite my tongue cuz I did not deserve that. Been in customer service my whole life & have my own business, and that is NOT how you treat your clients. Especially when they are choosing to overlook and make excuses for your immature behavior. Still can’t believe it…

1 /5 Makayla Miller: Tried to call them. I went by the other day and it was closed literally during the day on a Thursday at 1pm. Tried to call ahead so I don’t waste my time again. First two times it rang through. Tried again it rang twice then voicemail. So they are ending my calls. I spend $160 sometimes more when I get my nails done I love all the extras and I tip so dang much. Sucks for them. I’ll find someone else.

Alexis Williams: They are very sweet, but the lady did a horrible job on my nails...the paint was very thin and she painted them standing up while I was getting my pedicure, my pedicure was amazing. But the nails are terrible...I hate complaining and for a full set n pedicure I paid $110 with a tip. It wasnt busy at all my pointer finger nail is lifting and it hasnt even been 2 weeks, its actually been a week and a half. And my thumb nail is bubbled. I dont recommend for nails but pedi I do for sure!

Meagan: Disappointing experience. The woman who did my nails (shellac manicure) was very nice but this is easily the worst manicure Ive experienced. She did not trim my nails (which were obviously uneven and needed to be trimmed to be even) and the shaping with the file was uneven and "chuncky." She did not clean under the nails which id expect in a manicure. Polish was ok with some evenness issues but the real concern was the lack of appropriate shaping and cleaning.

brooke bauer: Me and my mom go here and we love it. Kevin and Stephanie are so sweet and funny, and my nails always look amazing. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and they always make sure were comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great nails and a friendly vibe!

Faith Leslie: Very pleased with their service, cleansiness, helpfulness, and understanding. I went in and got acrylics. Everything was perfectly fine until further examination the nail polish was a little bit clumpy Im assuming the clear coat. And my nails were getting caught in my hair. I called back and spoke with the manager She was very polite and wonderful customer service I went in and had The color redone. It was perfect after that. I love how they kept asking if everything was good they also offered a drink which was very kind of them. Overall wonderful customer service and they were very polite when I came back in to get them redone. I will definitely be going back!!

Carole Fies: Mia does beautiful nails, but is not responsible with your time. Time before last she texted, can I come 45 minutes early, which I did. I then waited 40 minutes to be out in front of (I’m guessing Anthony?) to have my fill/gel polish. While Mia finished for him, it’s not who I had the appt with. This last time? I’d had an appt for a week for 09:30. She texted night before “see you at 10:00 tomorrow”. I replied I have another appt at 11 she said no problem. I showed up 5 minutes early along with another lady-who was a walk in not an appt., When I Walk in, Mia is just arriving. She tells me to sit to wait. The woman that was already being treated then went to Mia and the WALK IN was put in front of Anthony. So at 10:05 I ask-how long? She says (again) only a few minutes. I remind her, my appt was originally for 0930 because I have an appt at 11. Sh says “you will be done by 11”. I then said, my appt at 11 isn’t next door, I have to leave. Ridiculous to book three people for same time slot or to take a walk-in before the person who has the appt. I have not been back and won’t. Customers time is valuable and she has zero respect for that.

She is friendly, cares about people and is extremely knowledgeable from all her years working with the public. She will do whatever it takes for the best results possible. Then I discovered she did a fantastic job on nails as well! And her artistic talent results in beautiful nail designs. You are awesome Shirley!
