My Yorkie, Max, had a basic exam at an initial visit and both tech and vet were thorough, gentle and kind. The old pups teeth were in bad shape and he was scheduled into surgery for cleaning the following day! From both experiences, I felt Max was well taken care of and MOST importantly I did not feel judged poorly given the state of his teeth. Pleasant, compassionate, and informative was our encounter and Max is a MUCH happier dog!

5 /5 Rhonda Worley: We moved our 2 dogs care over to ACC about 18mos ago and Just took our newest puppy there. We have 12yrs , 7yrs and 8 week old canines. Our oldest was in a health crisis that turned around very quickly after we switched clinics, the middle dog has been healthy to this point and they treat her like a queen. The puppy was pronounced in good health as well The team listens to our concerns and cares about the health and care of our fur kids. Everyone on staff is caring and personable to the humans but excel at making the experience great for their patients!

5 /5 Chelsea Wells: Decided to switch vets from Bellingham to Mt. Vernon. I then started my search of the web for a new vet for my fur-babies. I found Animal Care Center set up appointment was able to be seen the same week. The vet and assistant were fantastic and the front desk ladies helped me set up companion care plans for on-going care and we so kind. Also app they use also helps keep track of all your pets information as well as set appointments, message them, and refill prescriptions. I was so satisfied with the whole first experience.

I would suggest starting with the P-Pods--Unless youre using the atrocities committed there as a source of income through the PTSD created by those in charge over there. Until something is done about those P-Pods--no one in Mount Vernon is safe.

Darren Guth: No room that sick people haven’t been in. Why not two rooms. One for flu symptoms one for non. But no. Also I couldn’t stand right outside med room while waiting for doctor. Had to sit in germ room and she closes door. Rude and obnoxious. I said so non sick people have to be in a room where you just had flu people so you’re spreading the flu and she says it doesn’t work that way. That’s EXACTLY how it works. Ridiculous!!!

C.J.M: Dr Solari/Island Health first initial visit with me coming from a new state- he allowed me to tell him a brief history in my own words and how I wanted to apply my goals for the future. We agreed on the plan and checked to see what I needed now and in future. I felt well taken care of better than my primary who I had come from for the last 8 yrs. Dr Solari is a nice friendly man and his staff were efficient and friendly on all levels. I will recommend him to others.

They were able to get me in that very day, gave me some meds, and my hearing got back to more normal in about 4 days. I really appreciate the attention they gave me to my problem and working towards a solution!!
